What is Reiki?

Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or stimulants right before the session.

● You will remain fully clothed, lying down or sitting comfortably.
● The practitioner will lightly place their hands on or just above your body.
● You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of energy, or simply deep relaxation. Sometimes you may even drift into sleep — that’s perfectly okay.
● If you feel uncomfortable at any time, gently let the practitioner know.

● Drink plenty of water to support energy flow.
● Rest if you feel the need — your body may be processing the healing.
● Be aware of subtle shifts in mood, emotions, or energy in the days following.
● Journaling or quiet reflection can help you notice these changes.
