INTEGRAL SOMATIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
Integrating the Mind, Body, and Emotions for Deep Healing and Transformation
Integral Somatic Psychotherapy (ISP) is a cutting-edge body–mind therapeutic approach that helps you resolve emotional pain, trauma, and stress by working through both the psychological and physiological dimensions of your experience.
While traditional talk therapy focuses primarily on thoughts and emotions, ISP adds a vital missing element the body
It teaches you how to access, expand, and regulate emotional experiences through the body to bring lasting relief, balance, and inner strength.

How It Helps
Emotions don’t live only in the mind - they live in the body. When emotions are blocked or suppressed, they manifest as:
• Anxiety, restlessness, or overwhelm
• Psychosomatic symptoms (pain, tightness, fatigue)
• Emotional numbness or disconnection
• Relationship difficulties and stress-related burnout
Through ISP, you learn to feel safely, to stay present with deeper emotions without being overwhelmed, and to integrate these experiences within the nervous system. This helps you:
• Release old emotional patterns stored in the body
• Restore natural energy flow and resilience
• Build stronger emotional capacity
• Develop inner regulation and confidence
• Experience a greater sense of wholeness and peace
How It Works
ISP combines insights from Western psychology, body-based awareness, and neurophysiology.
During a session, your therapist gently guides you to:
1. Notice and track sensations in the body related to emotions or memories.
2. Expand and regulate emotional experience without dissociation or overwhelm.
3. Integrate these emotions across the body and mind for deep, embodied healing.
You remain fully conscious and in control throughout the process. No forced catharsis - only a compassionate, grounded, and safe exploration of what your body and emotions wish to express and release.
