Emotional Freedom Technique
Very newly acknowledged modality of healing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) came to prominence in the 1990s by Gary Craig .Through the use of tapping in EFT, the body creates balance in its energy systems and treats pains, aches and other psychological hazards. It works wonders as an alternative therapy for anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and some other conditions.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves tapping specific points on the body, primarily on the head and the face, in a particular sequence.
While the therapist does the tapping, the client focuses on the issue that they wish to treat .Tapping on those meridian points with the fingertips restores the balance of the energy to resolve physical and emotional issues.
